Master bedroom has a king bed, Bedroom #2 has a double bed, Bedroom #3 with king bed or two single beds. (Customizable on your request). And bedroom #4 has a single bed. Bedrooms 1-3 have split air conditioning and bedroom 4 has a fan.

This penthouse also features a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare your own meals. Kitchen has an open-concept design, and is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and blender, as well as all the basic kitchen essentials; pots, pans, utensils.

The dining area seats 6 people and provides a spacious setting for enjoying delicious meals with friends and family. The living room can comfortably seat up to 9 people, equipped with two large 3 seater sofa and two comfortable design puffs. Also living room has a 60inch tv. All social areas have air conditioning for the extremely hot days.
