The space is distributed as follows: living room with L-shaped sofa, side chair, coffee table and side table; completely open with the dining room, where the dining table and its chairs are; next to the full kitchen with breakfast bar. This social area is very illuminated by its large windows that open onto the balcony, these can be opened compeltely to let in the sea air, or closed since there is air conditioning in the social areas as well.

The full bathroom is in the hallway next to the bedrooms. The main room has a queen bed and built-in closet, it also has television and air conditioning. The secondary room has two single beds, a private closet, air conditioning and also a television.

You will be in a very exclusive and very new building, with direct access to the sea. This beach stands out for being far from commercial tourism, and being more private, it does not have so many street vendors. The building is very quiet and pleasant.
